Seit Februar 2002 braue ich Bier. Mein ehemaliger Kollege Rainer hatte die Idee. Wir haben ein d\u00fcnnes Buch gekauft und angefangen.<\/p>

Jahre sp\u00e4ter schwappte die Craft Beer-Euphorie \u00fcber den Ozean und damit die Begeisterung f\u00fcr besondere Biere – endlich sind Alternativen zu den vereinheitlichten, flachen TV-Bieren verf\u00fcgbar, selbst im Supermarkt um die Ecke.
<\/span>Ich k\u00f6nnte also aufh\u00f6ren zu brauen.<\/span><\/p>

Aber es l\u00e4sst mich nicht los:\u00a0
<\/span>mich fasziniert das st\u00e4ndige Verbessern der Technologie und\u00a0 die Tradition des Handwerks gleicherma\u00dfen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Aus wenigen, einfachen Zutaten entwickelt sich so das Bier besonderer Anl\u00e4sse.<\/span><\/p>

Ich habe mein Wissen aus B\u00fcchern, aber vor allem aus dem Netz. Mit diesen Seiten m\u00f6chte ich mich auch bei der gesamten Brauer-Netz-Community bedanken.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I have been brewing beer since February 2002. My former colleague Rainer had the idea. We bought a thin book and started.<\/p>

Years later the craft beer euphoria spilled over the ocean and with it the enthusiasm for special beers – finally alternatives to the standardized, flat TV beers are available, even in the supermarket around the corner.\u00a0
<\/span>So I could stop brewing.<\/span><\/p>

But it won’t let me go:
<\/span>I am fascinated by the constant improvement of technology and the tradition of the craft in equal measure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

From a few simple ingredients, the beer for special occasions is developed.<\/span><\/p>

I have my knowledge from books, but mainly from the net.
